At present we are utilising a variety of courier services including DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics. Due to the fact we ship a range of products of varying weights, we do not offer standardised shipping across all items in our collection. Please refer to individual listings for further information on shipping options available.

We accept all major credit and debit cards that you may have, including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal payments.

All orders will be processed within 1 working day however shipping times vary dependant on shipping option selected on checkout.

Should you change of heart after placing your order please contact as asap. If the order has not been processed in our warehouse we may be able to issue a refund immediately. However if the order has been processed and already put out for shipping, we will only be able to refund the order once the item is returned to us in original packaging and condition. Cost of return is to be covered by recipient.

Should you have any issues with your order and wish to return your item please get in contact with us at enquirires@arashiyamaconcepts.com within 14 days of receipt of goods, quoting your order number directly and we will look into the matter. (Unfortunately cost of return shipping is to be covered by recipient)

The quickest and easiest way to sort out issues with your order is by visiting any of our regular stores. Any products that are faulty or damaged are covered under our 365 day returns policy.
